MEMORANDUM** 

By order filed February 1, 1990, we vacated submission of this case and directed supplemental briefing. We now order the case resubmitted.

Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), this court has independently reviewed the entire record herein and determined that appeal from the judgment below is wholly frivolous. Appellants' counsel's motion to withdraw is granted and the appeal is dismissed. Appellants' motion to dismiss the appeal is denied as moot.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
