MEMORANDUM*** 

La Isla Virgen, Inc. appeals from an order of the United States Tax Court dismissing, for lack of jurisdiction, its petition for redetermination of income tax liability. In rendering its order of dismissal, the United States Tax Court approved and adopted the Memorandum Sur Order issued by Special Trial Judge Francis J. Cantrell.

We affirm for the reasons set out by Judge Cantrell in his carefully considered opinion.
