DECISION

This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, which affirmed the examiner's rejection of claims 1, 3, 8 and 10 to 18 in application Serial Number 716,785. The board held that the claimed subject matter would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art within the meaning of 35 U.S.C. § 103. We affirm the decision on the basis of the board's opinion.
