Unpublished Dispositionjohn C. Martin, Jr., Plaintiff-appellant, v. Secretary of Health & Human Services, Defendant-appellee, 887 F.2d 265 (6th Cir. 1989)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit - 887 F.2d 265 (6th Cir. 1989) Oct. 11, 1989

Before MERRITT and KRUPANSKY, Circuit Judges, and CHARLES R. SIMPSON, III, District Judge.*

PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff-Appellant, John C. Martin (Martin), has appealed from the decision of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary), denying Martin's application for disability insurance benefits. Upon review of the claimant's assignments of error, the record in its entirety, and the briefs of the parties, this court concludes that the Secretary's denial of disability benefits is supported by substantial evidence.

Accordingly, the summary judgment in favor of the Secretary is AFFIRMED for the reasons stated in the Magistrate's Report of September 30, 1988 as adopted by the district court on November 3, 1988.
