MEMORANDUM** 

The judgment of the district court is affirmed for the reasons stated in Chief Judge Callister's March 7, 1988, order. We agree that petitioner has not exhausted state remedies, nor has there been any showing of extraordinary circumstances to justify a stay of state court proceedings or removal to federal court.
