MEMORANDUM** 

Rodney Stich appeals pro se the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants in a civil rights action arising out of a divorce action brought in California Superior Court by Stich's wife.

The judgment must be affirmed. The district court did not have jurisdiction to hear a core domestic relations case in which "a federal court is asked to grant a divorce or annulment, determine support payments, or award custody of a child." Csibi v. Fustos, 670 F.2d 134, 137 (9th Cir. 1982).

JUDGMENT AFFIRMED.
