United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. Kenneth L.j. Mccray, Defendant-appellant, 850 F.2d 690 (4th Cir. 1988)

Annotate this Case
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit - 850 F.2d 690 (4th Cir. 1988) Submitted: May 31, 1988. Decided: June 27, 1988

Kenneth L.J. McCray, appellant pro se.

Vinton DeVane Lide, United States Attorney, Eric William Ruschky, Assistant United States Attorney (Office of the United States Attorney), for appellee.

Before DONALD RUSSELL and K.K. HALL, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Kenneth L.J. McCray appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. McCray, CR No. 85-20, C/A No. 87-3260-15 (D.S.C. Jan. 19, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively.

AFFIRMED.
