ORDER

This court stayed proceedings in this case pending petitioners' application for legalization under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. The respondent has informed us that petitioners have been granted temporary resident status under Section 210(a) (2) (A) of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1980.

We dismiss the petition for review without prejudice to renewal. If any of the petitioners becomes subject to deportation pursuant to the order being petitioned here for review, he or she may refile his or her petition for review. See Fuentes v. INS, No. 83-7662, slip op. at 4564 (9th Cir. April 19, 1988).
