Robert Lee James, Plaintiff-appellant, v. Department of Corrections, Defendant-appellee, 829 F.2d 35 (4th Cir. 1987)
Annotate this CaseRobert Lee James, appellant pro se.
Richard Francis Gorman, III, Office of the Attorney General, for appellee.
Before WIDENER, MURNAGHAN and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal from its order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. James v. Department of Corrections, C/A No. 86-691-N (E.D. Va., March 27, 1987).
AFFIRMED.
