ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon consideration of appellant's motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis.

Appellant has appealed from an order entered by the U.S. Magistrate that before appellant could proceed in forma pauperis he had to make a $10 prepayment for each of his tendered civil rights actions. Such an order is not appealable to this Court, because the Magistrate has not been given plenary jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) (1). Ambrose v. Welch, 729 F.2d 1084 (6th Cir. 1984).

It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis be and hereby is denied. It is further ORDERED that the appeal be and hereby is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
