ORDER This 30th day of October, 2013, upon the Petition of Matthew M. Carucci, Esquire to transfer to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 19(b) of the Delaware Lawyers Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, which is unopposed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, and having considered sufficient evidence that Matthew C. Carucci ( the Petitioner ) is suffering from physical or mental health problems which adversely affect his ability to practice law: 1. For good cause shown, the Petitioner is transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 19(b) until such time as he can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that any disabilities have been removed; 2. This Order shall be made public; 3. The pending disciplinary matters against the Petitioner are stayed; and 4. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel shall apply to the Court of Chancery for the appointment of a receiver of the practice of the Petitioner pursuant to Procedural Rule 24.
