Respondent violated the Delaware Lawyers Rules of Professional Conduct and in particular, Rules 1.1, 1.16(d), 1.2(a), 1.3, 3.4(c), 5.3(b), 8.1(a), and 8.4(d), for the reasons set forth in the Board on Professional Responsibility s Report of April 25, 2008. 2. Respondent is suspended from the practice of law for a period of one (1) year from the date of this Order. 3. Any further disciplinary violations within the next five (5) years will result in automatic disbarment. 4. Respondent is ordered to pay all costs of the disciplinary proceeding. IT IS SO ORDERED.
