The Clerk directed the appellant to file a motion for leave to file her opening brief out of time within 7 days of the date of the letter or risk dismissal of her claims. (2) As of the date of this Order, the appellant has not filed a motion for leave to file her opening brief out of time. The appellees have moved for dismissal of the appeal. In the absence of any response from the appellant within the time period stated by the Clerk, this appeal will be dismissed.1 1 Supr. Ct. R. 3(b) (2) and 29(b).
