ORDER This 24th day of April 2006, it appears to the Court that: (1) On February 9, 2006, the petitioner, Reginald B. Martin, filed a pro se petition for a writ of mandamus. At the time Martin was scheduled for trial in the Superior Court on drug charges. The State filed an answer and motion to dismiss Martin s petition. (2) On April 4, 2006, Martin pleaded guilty to one charge, and the remaining charges were dismissed. In view of Martin s guilty plea, his petition for a writ of mandamus is moot.
