ORDER This 25th day of January 2005, it appears to the Court that appellant filed a notice of interlocutory appeal on December 6, 2004, attempting to appeal from several Superior Court orders in his criminal case. Sentencing in appellant s case is scheduled for February 11, 2005, at which time he can file his direct appeal. This Court does not have jurisdiction to accept an interlocutory appeal in this criminal case. See Perry v. State, 575 A.2d 1154, 1156 (Del. 1990).
