ORDER This 10th day of July 2000, upon consideration of the Superior Court s April 13, 2000 decision on remand and the parties supplemental memoranda, the Court has determined that this matter should be remanded to the Superior Court for resentencing in accordance with the Superior Court s decision on remand. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: (A) This appeal is remanded to the Superior Court for the purpose of resentencing the appellant. Jurisdiction is not retained. (B) The Superior Court shall appoint new counsel to represent the appellant for the purpose of the resentencing and any subsequent direct appeal to this Court. (C) This matter is referred to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel for an investigation of Stephen Callaway, Esquire s handling of the appeal. Supr. Ct. R. 64(e)(2). BY THE COURT: E.
