ORDER This 20th day of October 2000, upon consideration of the briefs of the parties, the Court concludes that the Family Court s ruling concerning the disposition of marital property involved an exercise of discretion under 13 Del. C. § 1513(a). The Court further concludes that the Family Court s treatment of the alleged dissipation of marital funds by the Wife did not constitute an abuse of that discretion. Accordingly, we affirm. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the decision of the Family Court be, and the same hereby is, AFFIRMED. BY THE COURT: s/Joseph T. Walsh Justice
