By letter dated December 4, 2000, the Clerk further advised the appellant to pay the record preparation fee by December 18, 2000 or the notice to show cause would be deemed to be unopposed. The appellant has failed to respond to the notice to show cause or pay the record preparation fee. Dismissal of this action, therefore, is deemed to be unopposed.
