MERSON; AND VALLIN, in their individual and official capacities, Defendants. : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : ORDER DISMISSING CASE WHEREAS, plaintiff Nathaniel Bagwell ( plaintiff ) filed a complaint against the abovenamed defendants and a motion to proceed in forma pauperis; WHEREAS, by order dated April 20, 2006, this Court denied the motion to proceed in forma pauperis; ruled that plaintiff must pay the filing fee and service fees for the Sheriff on or before May 31, 2006; ruled that plaintiff must provide copies of the complaint and other specified documents for each defendant on or before May 31, 2006; and ruled that unless plaintiff complied with these instructions, then the matter would be dismissed; WHEREAS, plaintiff did not pay the required fees or file the required copies by May 31, 2006; NOW, THEREFORE, THIS 2ND DAY OF JUNE, 2006, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE COMPLAINT IN THIS MATTER IS DISMISSED. ____________________________ JUDGE cc: Prothonotary s Office Nathaniel Bagwell Ophelia Waters, DAG
