The opinion filed in this case on February 27, 2001, is hereby ordered modified as follows:

On page 1, first sentence of the first paragraph [87 Cal. App. 4th 354, advance report, summary, 1st par., line 5 (correction made in adv. rep. opn.)], the name "James M. Watson" should be replaced with the name "John M. Watson."

This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
