THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 5, 2000, be modified as follows:

1. On page two, line two, the word "recommitment" is deleted and "commitment" is inserted in its place, so that the sentence now reads:

"It ordered that Peters be committed for treatment at Atascadero State Hospital."

2. On page 2, at the end of the second full paragraph [ 79 Cal. App. 4th 847, advance report, end of 3d full par.], add the following sentence:

"DMH discarded Dr. Jackson's report without informing Peters."

3. On page six, at the end of the third full paragraph [ 79 Cal. App. 4th 851, advance report, end of 1st full par.], add the following sentence:

"The people also contend that Dr. Jackson had not been trained to perform recommitment evaluations."

Petitioner's request for an award of costs is denied.

There is no change in judgment.
