1. On paage 2, line 4 [78 Cal. App. 4th 956, advance report, Counsel, line 1] delete the word "and" and replace with a comma following "Fong."

2. On page 2, line 5 [78 Cal. App. 4th 956, advance report, Counsel, line 2]' insert after "P/ Biller": ", Gordon K. Wright and Wilfredo Hernandez, Jr.; Wilner Klein & Siegel, Samuel Wilner and Edward E. Wallace," so that the entire paragraph reads: "Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, Kenneth R. Chiate, Kevin M.
