THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 27, 2008, be modified as follows: 1. On page 9, the citation following the final sentence of the second full paragraph stating: "(See Schroeder v. Irvine City Council (2002) 97 Cal.App.4th 174, 180-181; League of Women Voters v. Countywide Crim. Justice Coordination Com. (1988) 203 Cal.App.3d 529, 548-549.)" is deleted and the following is inserted in its place: (See Schroeder v. Irvine City Council (2002) 97 Cal.App.4th 174, 180-181.) 2. On page 10, the citation following the second sentence of the second full paragraph stating: "(See League of Women Voters v. Countywide Crim. Justice Coordination Com., supra, 203 Cal.App.3d at p. 548.)" is deleted and the following is inserted in its place: (See League of Women Voters v. Countywide Crim. Justice Coordination Com. (1988) 203 Cal.App.3d 529, 548549.) There is no change in judgment. Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied. 2
