Ct. No. CR41322) (Ventura County) ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT] The court on its own motion orders that the opinion filed herein on June 29, 2004, be modified as follows: 1. On page 6, after the last sentence of the third paragraph, add the following: As of January of 2004 there are approximately 233.1 million users of the Internet. (Ashcroft v. American Civil Liberties Union (2004) __ U.S. __ [124 S.Ct. 2783, 2794].) 2. On page 7, the first full paragraph, after the second sentence, delete the word "Ibid." and insert in its place the following: Ashcroft v. On page 9, the second full paragraph, the last sentence, delete the period at the end of the "Berry" cite, and add the following: ; see also Ashcroft v. American Civil Liberties Union, supra, __ U.S. __ [124 S.Ct. at p. 2791] There is no change in the judgment. 2
