Cite as 2013 Ark. 16 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. 11-570 Opinion Delivered January 22, 2013 JEREMY KENNEDY APPELLANT V. RICHARD MORALES AND GREG IVEY APPELLEE APPEAL FROM THE JACKSON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT [NO. CV-2010-200] HON. HAROLD S. ERWIN, JUDGE S U P PL E M EN T A L ORDERED. A D D EN D U M PER CURIAM Appellant Jeremy Kennedy appeals from an order of the Jackson County Circuit Court granting summary judgment. We order the appellant to file a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days to cure deficiencies in his addendum. Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 4-2(a)(8) (2012) requires that an appellant s brief include an addendum consisting of all documents essential to the appellate court s resolution of the issues on appeal. Because appellant has not included the cross-motions for summary judgment upon which the case was decided, the briefs in support of those motions, or the replies to those briefs in his addendum, we order him to correct these deficiencies by filing a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days from the date of this opinion. Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 4-2(b)(4). We further encourage appellant to review our rules to ensure that no additional deficiencies are present. Supplemental addendum ordered. Jeremy Kennedy, pro se appellant. No response.
