PER CURIAM
Robert L. Depper, Jr., attorney for James Wedgeworth, moves this court to be relieved
as counsel of record and that another attorney be appointed to represent Wedgeworth in his
appeal of his conviction of capital murder and sentence of life without parole. Wedgeworth
has been declared indigent and the Arkansas Public Defender Commission was appointed to
represent Wedgeworth. Mr. Depper was representing Wedgeworth pursuant to that
appointment. Based on the affidavit filed with the motion, we grant Mr. Depper’s motion for
good cause shown. Steven R. Davis is hereby substituted for Wedgeworth in this matter.
