HON. HARVEY YATES, CIRCUIT
JUDGE
Respondent
PER CURIAM
On April 30, 2007, Richard Cox filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court
contending that the Honorable Harvey Yates, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on
a motion for release of documents filed by him in the Circuit Court of Cross County on January 16,
2007. On May 7, 2007, Judge Yates entered an order disposing of the motion. As the court has
acted on the motion, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
