PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF GRANT COUNTY, CR 94-8-2]
PETITION MOOT
PER CURIAM
Arthur D. Davis filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that Circuit Judge Phillip Shirron had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion to set aside judgment pursuant to Act 1780 of 2001 filed January 25, 2005, in the Circuit Court of Grant County. On June 28, 2005, Judge Shirron entered an order disposing of the motion. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
