Opinion Delivered April 7, 2005
PRO SE PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS [CIRCUIT COURT OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, CR 2003-13-5-1]
PETITION MOOT
PER CURIAM
On March 21, 2005, Tyrone Tillman filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that Special Circuit Judge John B. Plegge, on assignment, had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion to vacate judgment pursuant Act 1780 of 2001 filed August 30, 2004, in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. Judge Plegge subsequently provided this court with a copy of an order that had been entered March 18, 2005, that disposed of the motion. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
Petition moot.
