MOTION DENIED
Per Curiam
On May 8, 1998, Dale Hayden, who was represented by retained counsel, filed a motion for belated appeal in this court seeking to be permitted to proceed with the belated appeal of two postconviction orders entered in the Circuit Court of Nevada County in 1997. We denied the motion. Hayden v. State, CR 98-625 (Ark. June 4, 1998) (per curiam order).
On June 8, 2004, six years after the motion was denied, petitioner filed the instant pro se motion asking that the decision be reconsidered. As petitioner did not act with due diligence in seeking reconsideration, the motion is denied.
Motion denied.
