Charles Fred Wade filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Timothy Weaver, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a pro se petition to correct sentence pursuant to §Ark. Code Ann. 16-90-111 filed in the Circuit Court of Izard County on March 22, 2004. On August 5, 2004, Judge Weaver entered an order denying the petition to correct sentence. As the court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
