Per Curiam

Joseph O'Neal filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Don Glover, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion to reconstruct the record filed in the Circuit Court of Chicot County on May 3, 2004. On July 26, 2004, Judge Glover entered an order disposing of the motion and related pleadings. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
