Per Curiam

Larry Wilson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David Burnett, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed in the Circuit Court of Greene County on October 29, 2002. On March 5, 2004, Judge Burnett entered an order disposing of the habeas petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
