On December 4, 2003, this court granted the appellee's motion to dismiss the instant appeal. The appellant now asks that the matter be reconsidered.

Appellant filed three responses to the appellee's motion to dismiss which were considered before the appellee's motion was granted. The claims now advanced by appellant are a reiteration of the arguments contained in the three responses. Appellant has stated no good cause for reconsideration.
