Per Curiam

Michael E. Green filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Gary Arnold, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37.1 filed in the Circuit Court of Saline County. On June 25, 2003, Judge Arnold entered an order disposing Rule 37.1 petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
