Billy Reece Crain filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Chris Williams, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Act 1780 of 2001 filed in the Circuit Court of Grant County on January 30, 2003. On April 16, 2003, Judge Williams entered an order disposing of the habeas petition. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
