James Ken Anderson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Jim Hudson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on three pro se pleadings filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County: motion for extension of time to lodge appeal record filed February 28, 2003; motion for rule on clerk filed March 21, 2003; and petition for writ of mandamus filed March 21, 2003. On April 11, 2003, Judge Hudson entered an order disposing of the three pleadings. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
