Clyde Johnson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable David Burnett, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a motion for credit for time spent in custody and motion to compel response to that motion that were filed in the Circuit Court of Crittenden County on February 14, 2002, and August 13, 2002, respectively. Judge Burnett recused from the matter, and it was transferred to Judge David Goodson's court. On April 14, 2003, Judge Goodson entered an order disposing of the two motions. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot. Petition moot.
