James Ken Anderson filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Jim Hudson, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Act 1780 of 2001 filed in the Circuit Court of Miller County on January 23, 2002. (The petition was amended on August 14, 2002.) On February 7, 2003, Judge Hudson entered an order disposing of the petition for writ of habeas corpus and all related pleadings. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
