ANTHONY GAINES
Appellant
v.
STATE OF ARKANSAS
Appellee
CR 02-747
PRO SE MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION [CIRCUIT COURT OF PULASKI COUNTY, NO. CR 99-3208, MARION HUMPHREY, JUDGE]
MOTION DISMISSED
We dismissed Anthony Gaines's appeal from an order that denied his petition for writ of habeas corpus on the ground that the circuit court in which Gaines filed the petition did not have jurisdiction to issue the writ. Gaines v. State, CR 02-747 (Ark. January 16, 2003) (per curiam). Appellant Gaines now asks that we reconsider that action on the ground that the lower court was obligated to forward his petition for writ of habeas corpus to the circuit court that did have jurisdiction of the matter.
There is no requirement that a court which determines that it is without jurisdiction to hear a matter refile the pleading in the correct court. Appellant has stated no ground to warrant our reconsideration of his appeal.
Motion dismissed.
