Per Curiam

Petitioner, who is in the custody of the Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC) by virtue of multiple felony convictions, filed a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 in the Jefferson County Circuit Court. The circuit court dismissed the complaint, and petitioner appealed. We ordered rebriefing because petitioner's brief failed to comply with Supreme Court Rule 4-2. Jones v. State, 02-412 (Ark. Sep. 18, 2003).

Petitioner's substituted brief is due October 3, 2003. On September 26, 2003, petitioner filed a motion for an extension of time to file the substituted brief. The motion is granted. The substituted brief is due here no later than fifteen days from the date of this opinion.
