Bobby Earl Richard filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court contending that the Honorable Don Glover, Circuit Judge, had failed to act within a reasonable time on a petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Rule 37 filed in the Circuit Court of Desha County. On July 13, 2000, Judge Glover entered an order denying the motion and also the petition for postconviction relief. As the circuit court has acted in the matter, the petition for writ of mandamus is moot.
