This court affirmed, without an opinion, the judgment of the Shelby Circuit Court ("the trial court") awarding a fee to Mark Wilson, a guardian ad litem appointed to represent G.G., 2180359 H.G., N.P. and S.P. Shinaberry v. Wilson (No. 2180359, Aug. 9, 2019), ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. Civ. App. 2019) (table). This court's judgment has been reversed, and the cause has been remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. Ex parte Shinaberry, [Ms. 1180935, July 31, 2020] ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. 2020). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court's opinion, the judgment of the trial court is hereby reversed, and the cause is remanded for the trial court "to reconsider the amount of reasonable and necessary fees" to be awarded to Wilson, in his capacity as guardian ad litem for G.G., H.G., N.P., and S.P., in accordance with the supreme court's opinion. ___ So. 3d at ___. REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS. Thompson, P.J., and Moore, Donaldson, and Hanson, JJ., concur. 2
