The f a t h e r next argues t h a t the awarding s o l e p h y s i c a l custody circuit o f C.W. to the court erred i n mother. "When t h e t r i a l c o u r t makes an i n i t i a l c u s t o d y determination, neither party is entitled to a p r e s u m p t i o n i n h i s o r h e r f a v o r , and t h e 'best interest of the c h i l d ' standard w i l l generally a p p l y .
