The prior judgment of this court has been reversed, and the cause remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte F.V.O., [Ms. 1120536, Sept. 27, 2013] ___ So. 3d ___ 2110398 (Ala. 2013). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court's opinion, we hereby "dismiss the mother's appeal and ... remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings." ___ So. 3d at ___.
