- Transfer of suits, courts of common pleas.
- Transfer of suits, probate courts.
- Judges and clerks, how elected, etc.
- Election returns, where sent.
- Constitution submitted to the electors of the state.
- License to traffic in intoxicating liquors.
- Apportionment for House of Representatives.
