Section 17 Consolidation and separation as between municipalities and other political subdivisions.

Universal Citation: MO Const art VI § 17
—The government of any city, town or village not in a county framing, adopting and amending a charter for its own government, may be consolidated or separated, in whole or in part, with or from that of the county or other political subdivision in which such city, town or village is situated, as provided by law.
