Section 44 Self-enforceability—enabling clause—repealing clause.

Sections

40-43, inclusive, of this article shall be self-enforcing, and laws not inconsistent there(a)

with may be enacted in aid thereof. All existing laws inconsistent with this article shall no longer remain in force or effect.
