SEC. 2.

Universal Citation: MD Const art XIII § 2
The General Assembly shall pass all such Laws as may be necessary more fully to carry into effect the provisions of this Article (originally Article XIII, sec. 6, this section was renumbered with the repeal of sections 2 through 5 by Chapter 681, Acts of 1977, ratified Nov. 7, 1978).
