Universal Citation: MD Const art VII § 2
The number, compensation, and powers and duties of the County Commissioners of each county not governed by Article XI-A of this Constitution shall be such as now are or may be hereafter prescribed by law (amended by Chapter 99, Acts of 1956, ratified Nov. 6, 1956. Repealed by Chapter 681, Acts of 1977, ratified Nov. 7, 1978. Added by Chapter 707, Acts of 1986, ratified Nov. 4, 1986).
